Create a free account in the app with Sign in with Apple. If you have an invite code from an existing member or host, enter it to connect your account to that host/cohort context.
We introduce you to one person at a time, and only when there's real overlap — for example when a mutual suggests it, or when an ask you posted matches an offer. Names and photos stay private until you both accept. You can pause or turn off intros anytime in the app, with no penalty.
By design. We only reach out when there's something genuinely worth your time. A calm week isn't a bug.
You choose whether to enable notifications after your first weekly envelope. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings → Warm Intro → Notifications.
Use the report option on a profile or message, or email us. Reporting someone also blocks them from being matched with you.
Both are available inside the app under your profile settings. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal content.
